Contact enquiries

The contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, subject and message. The website does not upload or store this form in a website database. When you press Send, your own email application opens so you can review and send the message yourself.

If you send that email, it is processed by your email provider and Richard's email provider. The information is used to answer your enquiry, discuss a possible assignment and maintain relevant professional communication.

How long information is kept

Messages and related correspondence are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain a professional relationship, or meet applicable administrative and legal obligations.

Hosting and Instagram

The hosting and security services used to deliver and protect this website may process technical information such as an IP address, browser information and request time.

This website also contains Instagram embeds and links. Instagram or Meta may receive technical and usage information and may use cookies according to their own privacy terms, especially when you are signed in to Instagram.

Richard does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. The hosting, security and embedded Instagram services may use cookies or similar technologies needed for their own services.
